I've been involved in Emergency Services as a Career and Volunteer since 1980. In 1984 I became a Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Instructor. I saw a need to educate the community due to the time it takes for emergency responders to arrive to the scene. I began educating the general public on CPR to aid family members in times of crisis. Cardiac arrest is still a major cause of death and the knowledge learned from these few short hours of training can be a lifesaver.
